High Representative and Vice President Federica Mogherini will give a special address on Energy Security in the context of a high level conference on the EU Global Strategy organised by the Aspen Institute and CEPS.
During the two day event participants from policy making, think tanks and civil society will also discuss the implications of energy as a security issue for the Transatlantic relationship, energy diplomacy, and the role of energy in trade and climate issues.
